Adult Foster Care Homes (AFCH)are private homes offering home-style
living. AFCH’s offer room and board, personal care for up to five
people. They range from those that offer only room, board, and
minimal personal assistance to those that offer full personal care
and skilled nursing.
Adult Foster homes are
inspected, monitored and licensed by the
Senior and Disabled Services Division
(SDSD) or
by the local Area Agency on Aging.

enjoy the comforts of a family, but they are also given the
space they need as an individual. Our goal is to make our
residents feel that this is their home and to provide them with
loving 24 hour care. Their care is provided in a safe and clean
environment. All meals are home-cooked and are planned to meet
