  Alzheimer's Care is usually provided at a nursing home or an Alzheimer care facility that specializes in Alzheimer care. They are for seniors exhibiting chronic confusion or forgetfulness, having difficulty recognizing others (family members, friends), having a tendency to wander, and/or is visibly agitated, combative or abusive to others.
