Assisted Living
facilities are for people needing assistance with Activities of
Daily Living (ADLs)- eating, bathing, dressing, laundry,
housekeeping, and assistance with medications. Here they can live as
independently as possible for as long as possible. Assisted living
is not an alternative to a nursing home, but an intermediate level
of long-term care appropriate for many seniors.
Assisted Living facilities are inspected, monitored and licensed by
SDSD.

the privacy of your own spacious apartment. Working with you,
your family and your physician, we will design an individualized
service plan that will provide help with activities of daily
living as your needs change. Our full-time licensed nurse will
coordinate your medical care under the guidance of your
