Creekside Village has 24-hour on-site management capable of instant communication with all units. Each apartment is equipped with emergency pull cords located in the main living area, bathroom and bedroom, providing quick and convenient communication with management. All outside doors are secured and residents have their own keys to access the building.

 

Dining

Creekside Village's optional meal plan is designed to suit everyone's preference. Dinner is included in the monthly rent while breakfast and lunch are the resident's choice. Choose the convenience of never having to prepare breakfast or lunch, or join the group just for dinner. The choice is yours. Room tray service is available at a nominal charge.

 

Transportation

Creekside Village offers shuttle bus service for shopping, doctor's appointments and trips.

 

Housekeeping

Creekside Village offers weekly linen and housekeeping service. Laundry facilities are located on every floor for you personal laundry needs.

Emergency medical facilities are located very close to Creekside Village. The staff of Creekside Village is trained in CPR and First Aid. Home health care and personal services are allowed and can be arranged.

The owners of Creekside Village recognize the need for spiritual support and worship. Creekside Village is a privately operated, nondenominational facility; however, individual and group worship needs are met by local churches.

Creekside Village offers covered or uncovered parking for residents with automobiles.

Creekside Village is located in the heart of Beaverton. Beaverton lies in the rich Tualatin Valley of Oregon, just eight miles west of downtown Portland. Beaverton offers the charm of rural and surburban living with all the amenities of a major Nortwest city. Add to that the valley setting, pleasant neighborhoods, plentiful recreation and cultural resources and you have the best of everything. Winters are mild, with most of our famous rainfall concentrated between October and May. In the summer, temperatures rarely hit 90 degrees F; and most days are sunny and dry, with pleasantly cool evenings.
