Farmington Square of Beaverton offers a four-building campus. One assisted/enhanced care building houses 24 people who are cognitive and need help with some activities of daily living. The enhanced care building houses 15 people who are cognitive but less ambulatory and may need two person assists or transfers from wheelchairs. The third and fourth building are Memory Care buildings. One houses 18 residents and one houses 16 residents.

 

Take Highway 217 to the Beaverton/Canyon Rd. Exit

Go west on Beaverton-Hillsdale Hwy (Hwy 10) for approximately 2 miles. It changes to Farmington Rd. just after the railroad tracks.

Turn left into the second driveway just prior to the traffic light at Murray Rd.
