Where Home and Care Come Together

Farmington Square of Gresham offers a four building campus. Two assisted care buildings house 15 elderly people per building who are cognitive and need help with some activities of daily living. There is an enhanced care building for up to 15 people who are cognitive but less ambulatory and may need two person assists or transfers from wheelchairs.

A fourth building houses 23 residents suffering from Alzheimer's Disease or some other form of dementia. Please join us for a tour. Let us know if you would also like to have lunch with us.
