another for 18 assisted care residents and

a third for 18 enhanced care residents.

  

Take I-5 to the Sherwood-Tualatin exit (#289)

Go West on Nyberg Rd. (Hwy #212) for about 1/4 mile.

Turn right on Martinazzi Street.

Go 3 blocks, turn left at SW Boones Ferry Rd.

Go 4 blocks, turn right on Tualatin Rd.

Continue for 3 miles to SW 115th.

Turn right on 115th, and right into the first driveway.
