Estates is a natural next step from living in your own home or a retirement
community. The lifestyle remains very much the same, but the personal
service programs are designed to make your life easier. We offer 71 private
apartment homes. And, the building's interiors are gracious and
inviting...perfect for entertaining family and friends. Greenridge also
offers an abundance of apartment styles... some surrounding the flower
filled enclosed courtyard. Each unit has it's own private bath and
kitchenette. It's a place to call home with the convenience of 3 daily
meals, weekly housekeeping, fresh bed / bath linens... and more. In
addition, a full range of personal care services are also available. Each
resident, along with our full time, on-site R.N., designs their own program
according to their needs.

special Friday morning breakfasts are a weekly highlight for both our
residents and our staff. Even better, you'll be surrounded by all your own

residents have the added advantage of help with the everyday activities of
daily living such as dressing, bathing, medications, and more. Your days

Greenridge Estates is a great
place for family gatherings... from our private family dining room and
lounge areas to the garden courtyard, and patios.
Spring is special at
Greenridge Estates and our patios are particularly pretty as the landscaped
gardens come alive with color. The beautiful tulip tree in the front entry
is well known throughout Oregon.
An ounce of
prevention
can go a long ways toward
continued independence. And, we believe preventative thinking is the key to
healthier living. Even though Greenridge is a fully licensed Assisted
Living residence with a 24--hour staff, our commitment to quality living
goes even further than that. A registered nurse heads our personal care and
health services program. She's here to answer questions and reassure. And
together, the two of you can select the personal services best suited to
your needs. Even better...she acts as your best friend in helping detect
small problems and assist in preventing them from becoming an obstacle to
your independence.
Apartment Styles
Your monthly rent includes:
a full package of Hospitality Services such as all utilities (except phone),
weekly fresh linens and maid service, 24--hour trained staff, cable TV,
personal laundry, 3 daily meals served restaurant style in the resident
dining room, scheduled transportation and a variety of activities and crafts
programs, and use of all common spaces for family and friends.
Greenridge Estates at
Mountain Park offers many different apartment styles and care levels to
meet the needs of our assisted living and retirement community. Greenridge
Estates offers spacious studio apartments, large one and two bedroom
apartments. Rates begin as low as $2,225.00 per month.

Estates offer personalized levels of care.
Level 1: Cheerful
Reminders
This level was designed for
the independent and self-sufficient. Our staff provides cheerful reminders
for appointments, meals, grooming, showers and medications. We quietly
monitor your health and comfort and offer mealtime safety checks routinely.
You are encouraged to be as active as possible in serving your own needs.
Level 2:
Independence with Support
This level offers all the
services of Level 1 plus bathing assistance (or standby assistance) twice a
week and help with special diets. We also provide occasional dressing
setups, occasional dining room escort services and incontinence reminders.
Personal laundry can be handled by the staff once a week, if desired.
Level 3:
Independence with Full Support
Level 3 provides more daily
hands-on service such as morning and evening dressing, grooming, hygiene and
dining room escort service. Our incontinence programs are designed to help
you avoid discomfort and embarrassment. Plus all the services in Levels 1
and 2 are included
