Oregon City Health Care Center is a quaint, smaller facility nestled in a quiet suburban neighborhood.  It is a 53-bed nursing facility that provides traditional nursing and rehabilitative care.  Assistance and support is provided by a team of care givers whose goal is to become a positive part of the residents’ daily lives – helping patients return home or assisting others in becoming as independent as possible.   The facility offers secure exits and specializes Alzheimer’s and dementia care.   The facility embraces the Gentle Care takes great care to communicate and learn the activities and memories that add comfort to the residents’ day.

Oregon City offers semi-private and 3 bedroom accommodations.  An enclosed yard with garden space and walking paths is a refreshing activity.  The facility is a contracted provider for Medicaid, Medicare, and several managed care health plans.
