 Located in the colorful rolling hills of Portland's west side, Regency Park is close to St. Vincent's hospital, shopping and parks. Our warm environment coupled with experienced care staff, including five licensed nurses, a full-time activities director and an on-site visiting physician's clinic, makes Regency Park a great place to call home.


Amenities & Services

Fun-filled activities and recreational events fill each week at Regency Park. Residents have their choice of Internet classes in our computer lab, swimming, or even joining a walking club as part of our "Stay-Fit" exercise and fitness program. Residents have their choice of entrees and enjoy three restaurant-style meals a day in our elegant dining room. Since providing excellent resident care is always our first and foremost priority, our "Personal Care Model" helps ensure each resident receives the personalized care they need, and with consistent caregivers.

Regency Park Rates

Apartments start at only $75 a day! At Regency Park, everything is included in your monthly rent. Our rate includes meals and snacks, housekeeping and maintenance, medication administration, bathing assistance, laundry, life enrichment services and minimal assistance with activities of daily living. For residents requiring more assistance, we offer two additional enhanced care service plans to meet their changing health care needs. Levels of care are determined by comprehensive assessments conducted by our health care staff. Residents' service plans are reviewed on a quarterly basis and as their needs change. Care conferences and quarterly assessments help us to meet the special needs of every resident, and allows our residents to gracefully age in place.

Take the St. Vincent's Hospital/Barnes Road exit off Highway 26 going West. Turn right and follow the signs. Drive past the hospital about ¼ mile. Regency Park is located on the right hand side at 8300 S.W. Barnes Road.
