Our familiar building on the hill overlooking Duniway Park has been a part of the Portland skyline since 1962. Our fine reputation of providing great service in a friendly atmosphere for over 40 years speaks for itself. And, we've been around long enough that we even have the sons and daughters of some of our members joining the Terwilliger Plaza family. Now that's a great recommendation!

A Beautiful View Inside and Out!

Although it first opened in 1962, there's nothing "old hat" about Terwilliger Plaza. Our members are very proud of the major renovation of the original 12-story building, which was completed in Spring 2001. A new addition was opened the previous Fall, giving the community 44 new enhanced assisted living apartments, plus a new parking garage, an auditorium, state-of-the-art fitness center, deli/grocery store and hair salon.
