Our well trained, fully
qualified nurses are on duty around the clock. Our nursing team will work
with you, your family and your physician to plan a program of care which is
individualized to meet your specific needs.
We specialize in Wound and
Skin Care Management, Diabetes Management, and IV Therapy. Our Director of
Nursing, Deann Edgers is a certified wound specialist.

We have rehabilitation
services seven days a week. Our therapy team works closely with you. They
will develop the most appropriate course of treatment to strengthen
self-confidence and increase your independence to assist you in returning to
the community or to reach your optimum activity level. Our therapy team
consists of physical, occupational, and speech therapists and assistants.
Our restorative nursing aides are trained by the therapists to provide
ongoing therapeutic exercises that insure you will have every opportunity to
maintain health. We
specialize in Stroke, Fracture and Joint Replacements, Post Amputation, and
Post Trauma Care. The average length of stay on our skilled unit is 2 weeks. |
